Grand Prize Winner Receives Trip for Two to Napa Valley, CA
To celebrate the International Year of Quinoa, Alter Eco announces a recipe contest inviting aspiring chefs from across the country to enter. Alter Eco is a values-based brand that brings high quality, exotic and healthy specialty foods from around the world to U.S. Consumers.
One lucky grand prize winner will receive an all expenses paid trip for two (including airfare from anywhere in the continental U.S.) to attend the Culinary Institute of America’s gala – “Ingredients for Impact” on October 6, 2013. Four semi-finalists will receive a year of Alter Eco’s high quality quinoa. Winners will be selected by a panel of Alter Eco staff and a nationally recognized chef.
