My Take on the Book
Being compassionate while still leading can sometimes be difficult, but in this book the author truly provides leaders with a path to take in being able to lead with compassion without this being in conflict. The book is full of practical advise and examples that are ones that I resonated with and could really use as I thought of my own team. The thing that I loved for this book was that I really could take the information and use it right away!
