About the Author
Dimitri Syrkin-Nikolau is the owner of Chicago's popular specialty pizza shop, Dimo's Pizza and recently opened a second location in Wicker Park. Dimo's Pizza has developed a cult following for its creative toppings and one-of-a-kind pizzas. Dimitri resides in Chicago, Illinois.



My Take on the Book
This is a great book that will make your mouth water! The pizza in this book is so unique and combines so many toppings that I probably would have never thought of. I was very impressed with the details and the thoroughness of the book itself, and while I have only tried out one of the recipes thus far there are far more I want to try. Not all of the pizzas in the book are ones my daughters seemed to keen about, but there were ones where their eyes lit up and they specifically mentioned...I want to try THAT! If you love pizza and love trying new things on your pizza, this book is an amazing resource and will keep your taste buds tingling for a long time to come!
