My Take on the Book
This is a very imaginative alphabet book for children concerning fitness. it is written in English and Spanish. Each page contains photographs of children performing various physical activities.

Here is an example of one of the pages. Let's take page B. Children on this page are playing basketball and baseball, bodyboarding, building a snowman, bucea (snorkeling), sale en barco de vela (sailing), and boxing.

In the back of the book are resources for parents of indoor games, a "did you know" section of facts about physical exercise, and a list of other inside and outdoor activities.

Reading this book with your children will provide opportunities to discuss the many physical activities available to them. So encourage your child to turn off the electronic games and gadgets and get fit by playing outdoors.
