LEGO last year unveiled a line of LEGO toys just for girls! This was a long time coming and the LEGO friends line is something that my daughters have been watching from afar for some time and have been bugging me to get some to try out! Thanks to the folks at LEGO I was able to try out a few of their new summer sets including:

My Take on the Products
I have to say that I was impressed with the whole LEGO friends line that I tried. Being a LEGO fan, I always wanted my girls to get into this as well, and in a way they did. They enjoyed playing with the space related LEGO toys that I had, but I could tell that they would have preferred something more girly and this line was just the trick. The projects were not difficult to build, and in fact the kids enjoyed it thoroughly. Once built the kids started to have a ton of fun with the characters and what I loved in looking further into the line is that there is so much that can be added to have a whole world that they can develop! This is a great line from LEGO that I would highly recommend!
