If you are looking to live a healthy lifestyle, these Wings of Nature Bars are wonderful and only have 8 ingredients! I could see that these bars would be great to put into lunches and allowing for healthy snacks to abound in the divadom. I liked the fact that they were not filled with sugar and that they were instead of made of natural sweeteners that contain complex carbohydrates and nutrients which are absorbed more slowly, and do not elevate blood sugar levels as much as other sweeteners.
In trying the bars were quite chewy, and delicious tasting. This bar was filled with peanuts, sesame seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, but it was not gritty or seedy like other bars. My kids loved the bars as well!
