My Take on the Book
I am adding this cookbook to my cooking library today. Barbara Seelig-Brown has done an excellent job taking the reader/chef step by step through the process of thinking healthy cooking starting with building your pantry, secrets of healthy cooking, freezing food, and basic information about food choices. 

The table of contents takes you through so many delicious choices. Yes there is pizza and pasta . You will be able to prepare some fabulous homemade vinaigrettes too. She shows the reader how to cut various fruits and vegetables which is helpful to the new cook.There are soups,omelets, sauces, meats, fish, and even recipes using Splenda.

So many delicious choices with accompanying color photographs.

Whether you just want to eat healthy and acquire some new recipes or you are a diabetic looking for some recipes to try, I think you will find this cookbook a great resource. Oh and she also includes the exchanges and nutrition information for each recipe. Check this cookbook out today.

My Take on the Hat
This was a great water-resistant hat that fits well and gives you full protection for all of the activities that you may be doing personally or that you may be attending with your family. This being said, the hat is very form fitting and a bit still at first, but I found that it does loosen the more that you wear it. One of the nice things with this was that the brim is mold-able and it allows you to create the look and feel which is right for you. This hat really gives you a rubbed look while providing you a great fitting hat which protects and looks great!

How is your back? And your neck? If you are at all like me, probably not too great. I struggle with this on a daily basis and work to find ways to better my posture as I know that this will help me in the end.

1. Stuffy nose? Use steam for relief.

2. Make it spicy.Incorporate lots of cinnamon, nutmeg, rosemary, cloves, pepper and ginger into your sick-day diet. 3. Try chicken noodle soup.

4. Make your own nasal spray.
   It’s easy and takes a matter of minutes! Simply mix 3 teaspoons of iodide-free salt and 1 teaspoon of baking soda and then add 1 teaspoon of the mixture to 8 ounces of warm boiled water to create your own nasal spray solution. Use a bulb syringe to gently squirt the mixture into each of your nostrils, while holding the other one closed, and letting them drain. This will help clear nasal congestion as well as remove virus particles and bacteria!
   
5. And of course, drink plenty of fluids.
   It’s so important to stay hydrated, especially when you’re sick. By drinking plenty of fluids regularly, you can help break up congestion and ease a sore throat. My Take on Nutiva
I love making smoothies everyday. To make them even heavier I was able to try out their smoothie kit. Let me tell you this was a great kit. My Take on the Product
I have tried a number of probiotics over the past six months after getting very sick and being told that I needed to start taking these. In taking this I was impressed with how well and how fast this product worked. This was good because I found that even though I tried to eat foods with probiotics in them, I would not get enough to counteract what the illness did to my system. That being said after a few days of taking this I felt much better. My Take on the Probiotic
A few months ago I got very sick and as a part of this my primary care physician told me I needed to start taking Probiotics like this product. That being said  I started trying them. Buzzinga! It's Moringa! And it's Amazing

Moringa’s been getting a lot of attention lately—so if you’re already familiar with this most nutrient-dense plant in the world, then you already know why it was chosen as crop of the month! For those of you haven’t yet been introduced to this amazing plant, read on.

My Take on These Products
We had a house fire a little over a year ago and my left had was severely burned. I spent a few days in a burn unit and I still have scars and believe that these will be with me for years to come. When I heard about this product I was intrigued. I tried these out over a period of time and came to find that it did seem to soften some of the areas of the scars that I had. I cannot say that they are gone, but it did help. I did not try this on smaller scar areas, but I believe that these will work well on them too. I found that the product for me worked best when I used the larger sheets and cut them to specific lengths, but every person will have to see what works best for them in the end. All-in-all I have been very impressed and will continue to use these in the future!

My Take on the Vitamins
These vitamins tasted great (yes I tried them myself) and with the fact that they come in many of your kids' favorite Disney and Marvel characters, they promote health and proper vitamin taking too.
