My Take on the Book
I have always enjoyed reading the series THE MAGIC SCHOOL BUS and becoming involved in Ms. Frizzle and her students on their learning adventures. In this nonfiction story the children explore the ocean. This book is written specifically at a Level 2 but children in grades 2 and 3, I believe would enjoy the content.
The book is full of interesting facts and photographs. Your child will learn about the importance of the ocean to our human existence on planet Earth. Your child will be introduced to some amazing looking sea creatures like the viper fish, hatchet fish, and flashlight fish. I learned new facts reading this book.
Encourage your child to read nonfiction books. THE MAGIC SCHOOL BUS series is an exciting learning tool.
