My Take on the Book
If you are a manager or a person who uses leadership to influence others, this is a great book that will give you some valuable insight and resources that will enable you to better accomplish the tasks that you have before you. What was great about this book was that the author seems to be speaking directly to you, and because of this it is like having a one-on-one leadership consultation versus simply a book that you read. There are so many great ideas shared in this book that can be used in many different settings. The chapters are short and practical and you can take one chapter at a time or plow through the whole book in no time. This is a great book that I will highly recommend to all!
