My Take on the DVDs
For anyone who loves the Avengers, or better yet, for anyone who loves super heroes, these DVDs are what the doctor ordered. I have been a fan of the Avengers for some time and when I first heard that this series was out I was so excited about watching it. When I first watched the series, I was pleased to find how well the shows were written and how close to the original comic storyline that many of the episodes followed. As I watched these I also got more excited about the upcoming Avengers movie too, though some of the characters in this series will not be seen in the movie unfortunately.
As I mentioned, the stories in these two DVD sets are great and will keep you engaged form beginning to end. I also have to say that the animation is top notch and the artists have taken some great lessons from other super hero series in the past and have made this series even stronger. Overall, these both were great sets and are ones that I highly recommend.
