About the DVD
A brand-new season of crazy CatDog adventures begins! They’re the craziest set of conjoined twins you’ll ever meet — the culturally refined Cat, and Dog, who’s . . . well . . . not so much! But together, CatDog make it all work by both using and strengthening their own friendship, providing their own excitement and even getting into their own heap of hilarious trouble!
CatDog: Season 2, Part 1 includes the first ten complete episodes of CatDog’s outrageous second season! A must-have for Nickelodeon fans and animation aficionados alike, this 2-DVD set will be released on June 5, 2012 with a suggested retail price of $19.93.
CatDog features an all-star cast including Tom Kenny (SpongeBob SquarePants, Rocko’s Modern Life), Jim Cummings (The Super Hero Squad Show, Reno 911) and Carlos Alazraqui (The Fairly OddParents, Rocko’s Modern Life).
My Take on the DVD
This is a funny Season on Cat Dog! I used to watch this show quite a bit when I was younger and always found the series to be hilarious, and now that they are releasing seasons of the shows, the DVD brings back not only the great cartooning (in my opinion) and humor, but also the zany antics of cat dog. For me, having a DVD set like this that brings together about 4 hours of cat dog episodes has been wonderful, and something of a time capsule back to my college days! If you enjoy shows that bring together great humor and cartooning and you have never experienced cat dog, pick this up! One word of warning though, hold on, this DVD set will take you on an amazing ride!
