My Take on the Book
There are many reasons I feel Rose Murray's chicken cookbook is one that is user friendly. The recipes can be made in 30 minutes or less. Most of the ingredients you may have in your kitchen pantry or are easy to locate in your neighborhood grocery store. Rose has written excellent step by step directions for each recipe. She included suggestions for side dishes, including dessert ideas.
Some of pages illustrate the finished chicken dish. They look delicious!
The table of contents of this book include: wraps, stir fries, soups, salads, roasting and broiling, saute's and skillet suppers, and grilling. I found quite a few that I want to try with my family in the coming weeks.
Enjoy this book and the recipes.
