My Take on the Book
This was a great book that explores all of the secrets that you could think of in regards to juicing. Whether you are just thinking of starting to change your lifestyle through juicing, or you have been doing this for some time, this book has a little bit of everything for everyone. On top of exploring how best to juice, there are some great recipes within this as well that will assist all in making some amazing juices for you and your family to enjoy. All-in-all this is a very complete book that anyone interested in juicing will enjoy!
