My Take on the Season
This was another great season of The Simpsons with some memorable episodes. My favorite by far (IMHO) was The Father, the Son, and the Holy Guest Star, but all were great in their own way. Each of the episodes were ones that made you want to keep watching to see what would come next and in that alone the season was compelling!
This series has been on for so long, I am just happy that they continue to roll out the seasons. This season was from back in 2004/2005, so I am hopeful that they continue to get these out soon! I love the humor as well as the animation in this and how the writers continue to find hilarious ways to poke fun at both society and traditional views of family and the world around us. I grew up when this was first on and am amazed that it has lasted as long as it has, but it is a timeless series! All-in-all this was a great season and one that if you missed any of it, you will want to catch up an/or add this Blu-ray to your Simpsons collection!
