About the Book
The Four C's of Successful Teaching is an excellent resource for anyone in the field of teaching. Whether a college student preparing for student teaching, a new teacher with only a few years of experience trying to figure out what is involved with teaching beyond the classroom, or a veteran teacher stuck in a rut trying to find a new way to make it all work, this book can help. The Four C's of Successful Teaching offers insight and options for interaction and application of consistency, contingency, compassion and courage to the Four Pillars of a school district - administration, students, the student's parents and you, the teacher. After reading this book, a new outlook and mindset on how to handle problems that arise when working with administration, students, student's parents, fellow teachers, and yourself can be achieved. Through practical, realistic suggestions and ideas, complete with personal situations, The Four C's of Successful Teaching provides a helpful and enjoyable reading experience.

My Take on the Book
This was a great book with some interesting ideas within it about how a teacher can better support and create a learning environment that will drastically change the atmosphere in and outside the classroom. The ideas presented were great and ones that I could see as ones that could easily be implemented. This is a great book to give as a gift to any teacher, or better yet, at this time of year, to the new graduate!
