My Take on the Meals
As a busy family at times it is hard to find time to make big family meals even when you want to. This is especially true when you have multiple events with multiple kids and having your family being pulled in many times multiple directions. Recently I found out that Michael Angelo’s Gourmet Foods just expanded their line of products to have larger family dishes. One of the things that I loved about this is that I already know that ,individual portion dishes, so these larger dishes were perfect for a family.
I came to find in making the dishes that they were very easy to make – just place them in the oven and you have your dinner in only a short amount of time. In the end you get a meal that has wonderful flavor and that for a family of four was the perfect amount of food, and we actually had some left over!
