Now a mother of two young chidren, Zailckas believes that mothers really need to be girls' first anger-management teachers. Girls that don't know how to express anger are significantly more likely to be binge drinkers, using alcohol to escape anger and other emotions they don't know how to manage.

My Take on the Book
Talk about an amazingly honest tale about the strained relationship between the author and her mother, I showed this book to my wife and she loved reading it and said that it was "so insightful and passionate." Never before have I seen such anger and truth shared in such an open and honest way. Be ready to be amazed as well as to have your mouth drop a few times when you read this story!
