My Take on the Book
This was a great book with some great recipes. If you have read Tosca Reno's books in the past you will find some similar nuggets within it, but saying that I have to say that there are some new recipes that were great. The book is filled with great images and each section is well laid out with easy points to follow. If you are looking to make a difference in your own health, especially as you look toward the new year, look no further than this book!
