My Take on the Book
This was a great book that had so many great resources within it. Too often as a parent you tend to worry about your child in so many ways, and their eating habits tend to be only one of these. This book simplifies the process and allows for a parent to have peace of mind that they are making good choices for their child's nutrition and overall health and well-being. This book was filled with amazing information that any parent will be happy to have. I was amazed by the thoroughness of the book and with how easy it was to maneuver through and you will be as well!
