My Take on the Book
I am the type of person that in my professional life am always looking for books that will help me to be a better leader, but also will help me provide guidance to others too, and this book does both. I was very impressed with this book and how the author really gets to the crux of the issue in communicating and working with others. The book delves deeper and makes you really examine how you talk with and work with others and helps in improving the conversations that you have on a daily basis.
The book is filled with sage advice and it is practical. You will leave reading this with a toolbox of resources that you will be able to draw from for years to come!
