Book Review - The Seeker in Forever

About the Book
The Seeker in Forever tells the story of two young people who find themselves confronted by a war craze that is sweeping America, and they react by setting out to start a love wave.

The book tells the story of a young man and woman who come into the world filled with ‘the right thing.’ With wanting to do the right thing. And the two young lovers bring a talent for finding happiness in a troubled, brutal world.

Immediately, they come up against a major villain—a political goliath who is leading a crowd of people to power in America by promoting a war craze. He’s running a big show; he’s charming; he’s convincing; and everybody has to go along with his program.

Now this crowd, this army of people, tries to force the young man and woman to go along with the war madness. But they fight back—by finding a new vision for where the country should go.

They set out to start a love wave across the national scene. A wave of people loving one another. A peace, love and wonder wave.

And they’re going to start by teaching the political giant at the top—by teaching the most warlike man in the country—about the true nature of love.

The Seeker in Forever” is a love story and a comedy about what happens when the two sides collide in battle.

My Take on the Book

I had no idea what to expect when I picked up this book. I read a lot of different types of books, but satire is one that I have not read much of in the past. I did like it though I could tell that there will be others that will leave baffled by the book itself. Personally, I liked the flow of the book and found it easy to read and I did find myself identifying with the idea that the world was a crazy place.
Though I have not read many political satires in the past, the author may have made me a convert. HIs style of writing drew me in and allowed my imagination to soar, which for me, is the hallmark of a great book!

If this book sounds like one you would like in your own library you can find it on Amazon!
