About the Book
Middle school is tough enough for normal humans, but when you're a vampire, it's even more challenging. Edgar rises to the occasion with wit, humor, and some help from his friends.

My Take on the Book
Edgar Stoker is a vampire. He attends a school with humans and at the beginning of the story none of his classmates or teachers know he is a vampire. Edgar tells the reader how difficult it is to conceal his identity in a human environment. It is quite amusing to read how he does it.

Edgar shares all kinds of secrets about vampire survival. He learns to be patient, not bite humans, and to try to be himself.

Edgar's identity does surface and he learns that he is fine just the way he is. He is surprised and delighted that his friends will accept him too for his vampire identity.
