Book Review - Batman the Revenge of Clayface
About the Book
Batman, The Dark Knight, prowls the shadowy streets of Gotham City with his partner Robin, The boy Wonder, putting fear into the hearts of bad guys. Kids favourite super hero comics turned into easy-to-read chapter books. New stories with original art by DC illustrators, these books are colorful, attractive and accessible.
My Take on the Book
If you are a fan of the DC Super Heroes books, you will enjoy the latest Batman story written by Eric Stevens.
There is nonstop action from the beginning, Chapter 1, to the ending of Chapter 5. I was not familiar with Clayface but the author inserted some background information for the reader which was helpful in understanding the storyline.
Eric Stevens writes this story with vivid descriptions of the action and the characters participating in the story. There was plenty of dialogue to enjoy between the characters too.
The reader will be able to surmise that there is more to come possibly from Clayface and the Parabomb which was introduced in this latest Batman story.
