About the DVD
This mom, dad and daughter trio has captured the ears and eyeballs of the country thanks to a vibrant wardrobe and contagious songs that you’ll be signing for days! Laughing Pizza is a “real band for real families” that provides an entertainment choice for children of all ages – even those between 5 to 11 who may be too old for preschool music, but too young for mainstream pop music with sometimes-inappropriate lyrics.
Enjoy this very special 2 disc set. It’s a collector’s edition DVD/CD combo package with both the first ever Laughing Pizza concert movie/documentary, as well as a bonus 11-song CD of the music from the concert! This movie got 5 out of 5 Doves from the Dove Foundation and is highly recommended by both the Parents Television Council, and KidsFirst! the Coalition for Quality in Children’s Media.
My Take on the DVD
This was a great DVD! I have been listening to Laughing Pizza for some time, and I love their lyrics. The songs are definitely family and kids friendly and talk about so many things that are important to kids. The lyrics are fun and the rhythms are fresh and upbeat. Be aware though that the music will definitely stick in your head, so be aware of that and be ready for your kids to start singing along and having the songs be repeated over and over again! This is a great DVD, and I highly recommend that you check out their music, as I know that you will love it!
