Playing tennis, newcomb, baseball, and going skiing, bowling, or ice skating with her boys are some of her favorite activities. She also loves to take long walks, jog, and weight train regularly (and to spice things up, tap dance, too). She also makes sure to satisfy her sweet tooth with a little bit of chocolate each day.

My Take on the Book

I found this book to be a treasure trove of valuable information! It was like being in the gym talking to the nutritionist, but having it in my own home! I loved some of the lists and forms that the book provided to help you to plan the correct diet for your needs and it helped you to set appropriate goals. I have seen a number of dietary books, but this book was different than the others and it takes more of a teaching role, helping the reader to change habits and plan for a healthier future.
