My Take on the Cross Stitch Kit
If you are a fan of Disney, but also love to cross stitch, this is the perfect gift. Whether it is for yourself or for someone else, the Disney fan of villains will be completely transfixed to what this kit offers. You get amazing patterns, and while you will not have enough fabric to make them all, you do have the ability to make two of them. My daughter has been a fan of the villains in the past and this really allowed her to dust off her cross stitch skills to make something unique for her room. She was so excited to make this, but also to share it with us and her friends (which she does not usually do). All-in-all I was really impressed with the patterns and the kit itself and you will too!

My Take on the Kit
My mother taught me to do cross-stich as a child and it has come in handy over the years. I have been working to teach my own daughters the same and because of their love of Star Wars (and mine too) this was a perfect kit to do just that. The kit provides you with a ton of ideas for things you could create in the future and gives you floss and other supplies to create one such cool Star Wars creation. The activity kit is amazing and the first that I have found that really incorporates in a love for Star Wars with cross-stitch. My Kudos on this kit as it is easy to follow and fun for all ages!

My Take on the Book
Even though this is called Mom and Me, as a dad I used this with my daughter and we still had a ton of fun The book is filler with great prompts that get you to think, engage, react and more. The whole idea is allowing you to be create with your child, but also to engage with your child too. The book allows you to be open with feelings and really to delve into topics that might otherwise be harder to talk about. This is a type of book that, when completed, could be a book that you could go back to many years from now and cherish!

Each of the puzzles take a little bit of time as there are a ton of dots to connect, but you will love the resulting pictures in each one! This was an awesome book that all fans of Spider-Man will love!

My Take on the Book
This is a great set that lets you build BB-8, C-3PO, and R2-D2. These models were easy to make and a ton of fun for all ages (including adults). The instructions were easy to follow and we loved they also did not take a ton of time either. One other nice thing was that you do not only get great models, but you also get 64 pages of great information about droids that you will find in the Star Wars movies. This is a great book and activity for any Star Wars fan.

Activity Book Review - Star Wars Builders: Millennium Falcon

I loved that you could not only learn about the ship but also the characters and you had something tangible at the end of the project too!

This was a great kit and book! We loved making a few starfighters for ourselves. With the kit you can make both a X-Wing and TIE fighter. The instructions were easy to follow and the models look great once made. An additional bonus that you get with this is a 64 page book that gives you great information on both the X-Wing and TIE Fighter too. This was great and if you are a Star Wars fan you will love this book!

My Take on the Book
This is an amazing dot-to-dot book that offers intricate and challenging designs that will push you and your child further. The fun thing with this is that the puzzles challenge you to use specific colored pencils to create images that really stand out in multiple colors. This is different than I have seen in the past but it was a ton of fun and you get some very cool images too. The pages can be easily removed with perforated edges and we have already been giving away pictures to friends and they, like us love them too! This book is a ton of fun for all ages!

It has adding with Christmas things and also has color me by number activities. If you like The Berenstain Bears I think you will like this. I think first to third grade kids would like this too. This book would be good to take on a car ride as well as use to pass time on a rainy day."

My Take on the Book
This is just the kind of book that parents, grandparents, and other care givers need to have in their library. The activities can be done at home, in the car, in a hotel room, at the grocery store, anywhere, even just taking a walk: like a scavenger hunt! 

There are activities where an adult would do some teaching. For example teaching a child to calculate miles per gallon when you fill up the car with gas. What a great way to use a calculator and keep a record of your vacation mileage.

My Take on the Book
When I saw this book, I immediately thought of my youngest daughter and the hours of fun she would have using the book and its 1000 stickers. Everything is included in the book so it is an excellent choice to take along on a trip to keep your child busy and having fun too.

Here is one example of an activity in the book which requires finding the stickers to complete a drawing: There is a page with Princess Clara dressed for a party. On the same page is Princess Clara but she requires your child to decide what is missing and to put the correct stickers on the second picture. ( Each page gives the child a hint as to where to locate the stickers on the sticker pages.)

Some pages rely on your child's own creativity to decorate a page.

The stickers are colorful and easily removed from the sticker page. They are reusable too.

I believe this book would make a nice gift for a young girl.

My Take on the Book
This was a great book filled with some great activities placed within it. My daughter had been ill and his was the perfect book to help her through her illness. She loved the mazes as well as the stickers but beyond that there was so much more that kept her engaged and entertained throughout this and provided hours of fun. This book will provide your princess to be with hours of fun too!
