Book Review - Lean and Healthy to 100

About the Book
Lean And Healthy To 100: The real root reason you gain weight, get tired, sick, age and die prematurely and the easy, inexpensive and natural way to reverse it. So why weren't we all taught this years ago? Even if you've tried many approaches in the past to heal your weight, aging, wellness or longevity issues, you won't believe how incredibly easy it is to achieve your goals once you give your body what it really needs, FIRST. But, experts say that over 95% of people are STILL not doing that simply because they’ve never been taught exactly what to do. My father and brother both died of cancer 20 years ago and I started having my own children at about the same time. I swore they would never suffer the same fate and I wouldn’t stop researching until I learned how to keep them lean, healthy and long-lived easily, inexpensively and naturally. After spending thousands of hours doing research and testing I found that many of the answers already existed, but were spread across so many different sources they were virtually impossible to find and piece together. I kept the best of my information in a computer file called Advice For My Children. As my children began to grow up and learn this information they suggested I write a book so others could benefit. That’s when I put everything into a single book. In my 20 years of research I never found a single book that contained everything you need to know, like my book does. You can read much more information about this book and how to solve your weight, health, wellness, aging and longevity issues at... www.adviceformychildren.com.

He hopes to ensure the good health of his family, including his wife of 25 years and three sons.

My Take on the Book
This was a great book that got right to the point in letting you know so many tips and tricks about living a healthy lifestyle. He does not beat around the bush, but jumps right in and lets the reader know exactly what they need to do to be able to take proactive steps toward changing their life. What I loved about the book was how much sense the author makes and how easy it is to implement his ideas. Anyone that reads this will be able to simply pick up this book and get engrossed in the text, and come out so much better than when they started!
