About the Book
Preschool boys and girls will have fun learning basic skills and concepts with this eyePad, solving puzzles, and playing games, while they pretend they're working on a tablet computer that looks just like Mom's or Dad's. Barron's eyePad Activity Books for younger children have features that--
Teach basic number, letter, and shapes recognition skills
Spark young imaginations by introducing new concepts
Encourage creativity with drawing activities, puzzles, and games
With eyePad Fun With Time, kids draw the minute and hour hands on clock faces as a way of learning to tell time. With help from color pictures, they also learn about activities for different times of day and different seasons of the year. Helpful notes for parents come with sheets of shiny removable reward star stickers that Mom or Dad can stick on pages when their child has completed a fun project. Great for car trips, vacations, or any time of the year, rain or shine.
My Take on the Book
This book has so many great activities for kids to have fun with while learning along the way. What I loved was that the book was so much more than just Time, it incorporated time concepts, but also months, seasons and more as well. The book provided the reader so many activities and my oldest really enjoyed this immensely. By the time that she got through this she was asking for more (which is always a great sign! I encourage this and many of the other eyePad Activity Books that are out there as you and your kids will have a great time with them as I did with my own kids!
