My Take on the DVD
You can tell that this movie was directed by a powerhouse and you can truly tell this as you see and experience the interplay and cinematographic wizardry that surrounds the movie itself. While I did not read the book prior to this movie, I will say that the movie itself had a great story and plot and if this is any indication to the caliber of the book, I should pick up the book soon! The movie itself jumps right into action and Gary Oldman plays an unlikely action hero, but he plays it so well! While it took a little while for me to grasp what was going on, once I did, it was smooth sailing and I have to say that I really enjoyed the movie and the story itself and you will too!
