My Take on the Book
What I loved about this book is that it offers anyone in a leadership position within their business clear strategies that you can follow to be able to transform the culture of your company in a way that is scalable in any type of business. The authors use great examples that are easy to understand and follow and they make the steps to follow within your own business transparent. While changing a culture is not always easy, you can follow the steps shared here to be able to have a blueprint in place that you can get you moving in the right direction!
