My Take on the Book
This is a great book. As someone that has a high school students this is a book that has so many practical tips to follow to help you not only understand mindfulness, but also better work to master mindfulness techniques. Throughout the book there are personal experiences shared that will help the reader better understand how stress and anxiety impacted the author and how through these techniques she was able to better master her own body and from that her life.
