My Take on the Dresses
These are beautiful dresses that just flow when worn. My girls felt like true princesses and while I did not take a video, you can probably see that Diva-J loved spinning and spinning and watching the dress simply fly up around her, letting her feel like a true flapper. After wearing these I showed my girls some of the dresses and dress styles from the 20's and they thought they were very cool, much like their dresses were.

The dresses were very well constructed and a few friends saw the girls in the dresses and continuously asked who made them and where we got them and I was happy to share with them the company and the website. My Take on the Socks
My feet are always cold in the winter and so often I have to wear two pairs of socks, especially when I go outside with my kids for winter play or when I have to shovel the driveway. No longer! These socks are so warm and have allowed me to remove one pair of socks so that I can go outside and only have to wear this pair and my feet remain warm and snug. For the price, you cannot ask for more. I have nothing but positive things to say about these socks, so if you are looking for warmth in a pair of socks, look no further than these!

My Take on the Shorts

When it becomes warmer outside then it is time for me to take out my shorts not only to cool down but to take part in the Michigan tradition of getting rid of our pale legs from winter. I was excited to have the chance to try out some of the new Lee Jeans Shorts. I chose to try the Compound Cargo pants and I have to say that the shorts were so comfortable. On top of this they had so many pockets to hold things in. As a father I am always having to carry many things, from small to large to both help my kids and myself and this did just that. Finally for me these shorts made me look much "younger" as my wife put it. She stated that the other shorts that I owned made me look a lot older than I was, so I was happy to hear that my wife thought so, and if she thought this I am sure that others thought the same. I highly recommend these shorts to all, I know you will be as impressed with them as I was!

Are you ever looking to get a new shirt or sweatshirt for your favorite team (Both well known and more obscure)? You will find teams that you know as well as teams that you may never have even considered in the past. On top of this they have so much more than just sports team as well. I was able (as you can see) to try out a new Detroit Lions Hooded Sweatshirt. The Sweatshirt quality was top notch and the letters on the front were screen printed on (though there were embroidered options on some as well). In looking at the website, I liked how much customization you can do on the apparel that you are planning to purchase as well as it allows you to make your apparel truly your own.

My Take on the Clothes

My Take on the Shoes
My girls love these shoes! Not only are the colors that are available amazingly bright and vibrant, but even beyond this, they are unique, which in their minds is even better! On top of this they thought the the ideas of having toes on their shoes was cool, and having mom and dad tell them that they could put nail polish on the shoes, you should have seen their eyes! My girls have also told me that the shoes are very comfortable and with the amount of time that they now wear the shoes, I guess this is so. If you have never heard of these shoes, and you have girls, you definitely need to go to the Bobbi-Toads' website and check out the variety as I think you and your kids will be impressed...I know that my girls and I were!

The Enzo Jumper Boot - A Great Boot for Any Girl

My Take on the Boots
These boots were very cool and my daughter thought they were very stylish as well. One of the best things about the boots was the fact that they were interchangeable for the spats that came with them, so no matter whether you wanted to wear them as black boots, or as leopard skin colored boots, or even if you wanted to forgo the spats altogether and wear the boots as ankle boots, you had so many choices. The boots also went with many different clothing options and with the rugged exterior, you get to have footwear that will be able to handle the elements during the winter, and in Michigan, that is a necessity!

All-in-all I highly recommend these books to anyone that is looking for a versatile boot that can withstand the winter elements. This was a stylish boot that will make any young girl smile!

My Take on the Product
Coolibar offers a novel concept, and that is to offer comfort in regards to the clothes that you wear while providing you complete protection from the harmful UV rays that are prevalent no matter what season you are in.

The jacket that I am wearing above is so comfortable.It is lightweight and blocks out a huge amount of the UV rays that are hitting my body. What I love about this jacket is that it breathes (not literally) but it allows me to be able to be comfortable both in warm or cool temperatures.

I also love the wide array or products that the company provides and can easily see some of the bathing suits in our family's future! I love the idea of not having to continually apply and reapply sunscreen when wearing these clothes!

All-in-all these clothes not only look good but are comfortable and are ones that I would highly recommend to one and all!

My Take on the Product
These shirts are so much fun, not only because of the artwork that is on it, but also all the bright colors and cartoons on it. My girls loved the shirts, just look at the smiles on their faces and they thought that the fly was "too cool" as they put it. The shirts are of high quality and I was impressed in looking at the overall breakdown of the variety of shirts and sweatshirts that they had. There were a few additional designs that I thought were cool as well, and I love the look of the new Hooded sweatshirts (though I have not tried them personally). Overall, I was quite impressed and I think you will be as well!

Based in Longmont, Colorado, Icebox Knitting has been committed to using sustainable resources and practices since 1994. Their machines are powered by hand and their products comprised of world class woolly yarns produced under the strictest environmental standards and materials that have been transformed from waste into a whole new life and purpose. Their commitment to the environment hasn't gone unnoticed. Apparel Magazine presented them with a Sustainability award in 2012 for many reasons, including their textile recycling program and their achievement of having diverted over thirty thousand pounds of waste from landfills.

My Take on the Product
What I loved most about this is the whole idea of reusing textiles to make some amazing, warm items for people. The hat that I received was so warm and I can tell that anyone that uses one of these, whether it be for skiing, sledding or whatever a person chooses to do outside in cold weather, they will be happy with their selection. My daughter said that she loved the bright colors as well as the warmth as well. All-in-all, I was very impressed with the overall quality of construction as well as the mission and vision of the company, as this is one company that is doing something to impact our overall global infrastructure and I have to highly commend them on that!
