Think Classic When You Think of Father Day Gifts

Canadian Club is known as a classic “man’s drink” (no frou-frou paper umbrellas permitted). Kids (who are 21+) can get creative and package a bottle of Canadian Club with Mad Men on DVD(since the whisky is Don Draper’s drink of choice). The combo will surely inspire Dad to wet his whistle and celebrate his classic masculinity. Or, for dads who prefer their whisky on the rocks, you can package Canadian Club with this spherical ice tray. Because the balls of ice have less surface area than standard ice cubes, they cool your drink without watering it down as fast.

The Classic™ 12 is a celebration of the art of blending. Our master blender has created a 12 year old multi award winning masterpiece. Still with our trade mark smoothness, the classic has subtle notes of spice and vanilla. Beautiful straight but also makes phenomenal cocktails.

Aroma: soft, round, full balanced and creamy

Body: full and smooth

Taste: spicy and creamy, with hints of vanilla and rich, mellow wood

Finish: long and dry

My Take on the Drink
I made both a Canadian Club Sour as well as a traditional Whisky Sour and both were delicious. As a person who enjoys an occasional drink, this would be a great gift for me and for other discerning fathers like myself. The Classic 12 is definitely a drink that goes down smooth and is quite tasty as well. If you are looking for a unique gift for the master drink mixer in your life, look no further!
