My Take on the Book
I was surprised to find that I did enjoy Happy Hour. I knew that the book was more geared toward women, but I came to find that though this was the case, the book itself was well written and held very strong characters. I had nto read anything by this author in the past, but after reading this I will say that I will be looking to see what else she may have out there, as if this book is any indication, she is a wonderful writer and storyteller.

What I liked most about this book was the fact that it showed real women in real life situations. You are not taken on a fantasy ride, but instead are taken on a journey into the lives, souls and dreams of the women in this story.

Though I know most guys may not appreciate this book to the same extent as I did, I still would highly recommend the book to all women and guys that are in touch with their feminine side!
