My Take on the Book
This was a book that is a must have for any human resource professional or really any person who is managing other people. The book is well designed and you can easily find the intricacies of management whether this is has to do with employee benefits, disability issues, performance management or other such issues. The book provided some great step-by-step instructions in how to develop high quality policies and procedures that can be easily implemented within your workplace too.
