Book Review - Thea Stilton and the Riddle of the Ruins

Thea Stilton and the Riddle of the Ruins

About the Book
The Thea Sisters participate on a dig at Hierapolis. During their visit to the excavation site, Professor Brenninger unearths a series of priceless and very old figurines. But the Thea Sisters soon figure out that it's a scam. They start to investigate and discover that the figurines are fake, exposing Professor Brenninger's plans.

My Take on the Book
Another great book with Thea Stilton and her friends. This book has a great story and brings together humor, mystery, adventure and more. My daughters and I read the book together and we loved every minute of it. I found that we read it all the way through without stopping. We loved the story but also the illustrations that are spread throughout the film itself. If you are a fan of Geronimo Stilton or Thea Stilton you will love this book!

Book Review - Thea Stilton: The Secret of the Crystal Fairies

Thea Stilton: The Secret of the Crystal Fairies

About the Book
The Thea Sisters are just about to head off on their separate family vacations when they receive a call from Will Mystery. Once again, there is trouble in one of the imaginary kingdoms! A crack has been discovered in one of the maps in the Hall of Roses.

The girls head to the Crystal Kingdom to help uncover the mystery. There, they find that a dragon has been wreaking havoc all over the kingdom. He has been turning all of their precious gems into stone and leaving a path of destruction where ever he goes. The sisters figure out why and help break the spell.

My Take on the Book
This is another great book in the Thea Stilton series. My girls have loved this series for some time, not only for the story, but also for the great artwork throughout the book. The book was a ton of fun to read and the story was one that really gave you adventure and humor throughout. This was a book that was a ton of fun to read together with my daughter and I know you will love it too!

Book Review - Thea Stilton and the Lost Letters

Thea Stilton and the Lost Letters
 photo disclaimer_zpsflpjm0lf.jpg

About the Book
Join Thea Stilton and the Thea Sisters on an adventure packed with mystery and friendship!

The Thea Sisters are in Russia for a figure skating championship! When their new friend is falsely accused of theft and barred from competing for the gold medal, the five mice resolve to clear her name. Along the way, they discover ancient love letters that could be the key to finding the real culprit! But can they solve the mystery in time?

My Take on the Book
These chapter books are so much fun to read. The entire series of GERONIMO STILTON stories always include members of his family, lots of humor, puns, cheese references, and problem solving.

Thea Stilton has 5 sisters. They are Nicky, Colette, Violet, Paulina, and Pamela. So this adventure takes the reader to many museums and their are letters involved in the mystery. The reader will learn some history along the way as the mystery is solved. There are of course in Geronimo Stilton's family some famous mouse historical characters that appear.

There is a happy ending of course, but also an apology for problems created . A nice fun filled chapter book that can be read independently or as a read aloud.
