My Take on the Book
The Holocaust is not a topic that I have seen discussed to this extent in a way that young adults would fully understand, but this book does just that. It is amazingly researched and written in a way that young people can understand. The book is powerful and poignant and definitely a book that will open the eyes of anyone that reads it. The stories held within the book are stories of strength and survival. Not all of the stories will be easy to read, but they are ones that need to be read so that what happened in the Holocaust will never happen again. This is a book I highly recommend for all!
