My Take on the Book
This is a great book for pre-teens and teens that is geared toward helping girls better maneuver through the trials and tribulations of the years tat are the teen years. The book is set up in a way that it is easy to read and offers practical advice to help any teen gain insight into themselves as well as there are even sections that parents can learn from too. I particularly loved the sections on communicating with parents and some of the recurring motifs of building a girls' self-confidence as this is important for me to teach my own girls.
