Curamin - A New Type of Natural Pain Reliever

Curamin® from EuroPharma’s TerryNaturally brand is an award-winning natural pain reliever and a must for athletes and every household interested in proven and effective natural medicines. Retailers, consumers and major natural products magazines have given Curamin accolades and awards including: 2011 Vity Awards for Best Supplement in three categories from Vitamin Retailer, Better Nutrition's Best of Supplements Award (three years in a row-2008, 2009 and 2010) and WholeFoods 2011 Natural Choice Award as Best Specialty Supplement.
Here’s the scoop on Curamin:
Experience relief from pain like never before with Curamin!  Curamin is an all-natural formula that enhances the body’s natural defense mechanism for the relief of occasional pain. The synergistic blend of BCM-95 curcumin, boswellia and other herbs in Curamin is 20X more powerful than using just plain curcumin. This fast-acting formula combines ingredients with multiple mechanisms of action to support the body’s natural anti-inflammatory response and relieve occasional muscle pain due to exercise and overuse.
"My patients are looking for relief from pain so I recommend Curamin. I feel better knowing they are getting results without the side effects."

My Take on the Natural Pain Reliever
I have been trying out this product now for a few weeks now and I have to say that I have been impressed. I have been taking it now for a few weeks and have seen a marked decrease in the pain that I have felt within my hands of late. I am all about trying natural methods for pain relief so this medicine, while a bit more expensive that over-the-counter medicines, is worth it in my books.

I notice a marked difference when I stop taking the pills and seem to get even better relief than when I simply take over-the-counter medicines. With this in mind, I am more than willing to keep using these into the future and I highly recommend you do the same.

8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back Review & Giveaway

About the Book
Americans are ten times more likely to have back pain than people from traditional societies around the world. In Chad, the incidence of back pain is only five percent, while in the United States, 85 percent of the population will suffer from back pain in its lifetime. Doctors and experts from industrialized societies blame everything from our sedentary lives, age and stress, to bodies that are not evolved to stand upright. After a lifetime of research in anatomy and alternative medicine, as well as anthropological study in parts of the world where back pain is rare, pain specialist and author Esther Gokhale (Pron: Go-Clay) has found that the answer is much more basic.
In 8 STEPS TO A PAIN-FREE BACK (Pendo Press; April 2008; $24.95), Gokhale uses historical and scientific facts to show that most of what our culture has taught us about posture, including what most doctors recommend, is misguided and could be damaging.
In many cultures, people still have knowledge of natural posture and movement that prevents pain and enhances health. Both manual laborers and sedentary workers from remote Burkina Faso, villages in Brazil, and rural Portugal have not forgotten how to sit, stand, walk and sleep in harmony with their bodies’ design. As a result, they do not suffer from back pain. Inspired by their techniques, Gokhale has created a method of posture re-education that has guided thousands of her clients away from back pain, neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and other musculoskeletal ailments. Through her richly illustrated, step-by-step guide, she makes her method available to a wider audience.

IN 8 STEPS TO A PAIN-FREE BACK READERS CAN:
  • Learn how to keep the back pain-free without time-consuming exercises, changes in working style and daily routine, equipment, medication or surgery.

  • Transform everyday activities, such as sitting, standing, walking and bending into comfortable movements that can also protect bones and joints, and maximize the ability of muscles, arteries, veins and nerves to keep the body healthy and pain-free.

  • Discover the power of stretchsitting and stretchlying, two revolutionary techniques that will decompress the spine, improve circulation and breathing, relax muscles and reduce stress while working at the computer, watching TV and sleeping through the night.

  • Forget what you thought you knew about good posture. Never tense your muscles to “sit up straight” again. Return to the natural, healthy posture used by athletes and shared by children and people from traditional societies the world over.

A valuable resource, 8 STEPS TO A PAIN-FREE BACK offers breakthrough techniques for pain-free living.

My Take on the Book
I have had lower back problems in the past and have tried numerous back exercises and seen numerous doctors over the years to see what I can do to help this problem that I have to deal with. So when I was asked to look at this book, I was excited to see if it might assist my back in feeling better longer than other methods I have tried in the past.

Some of the things I like about this book is that:

1. Gokhale provides many visual examples of what you should be doing to help your back to feel better.
2. Gokhale's method is simple, and is easily internalized.
3. Anyone can follow this method and make a substantive change to their life!

I also was impressed with how inexpensive the book was for what you get for the price. As I mentioned, the book has wonderful photos and illustrations that do a great job at allowing the reader to see what they need to to isually understand what they need to do to help their back. I also enjoyed the numerous excercises that were in the book as they were simple to follow and did not take long to complete.

If you are dealing with back pain in any sense, I highly recommend this book!

If this book sounds like something that you would like to have as a part of your own library you can find it on Amazon!
