My Take on the Book
This is the first book Carole P. Roman wrote about CAPTAIN NO BEARD. It is a delightful tale of a young boy, his cousin Hallie , and various stuffed animals who become participants in their imaginary adventures.
You and your child will thoroughly enjoy this book. It shows how a child's imagination can take him or her anywhere. Read the story and have fun making your own adventure: costumes, props, food, etc. Use a large cardboard box to make a house, castle,or ship. It will definitely be an activity your child will never forget. You imagination is the limit! Go for it!
