Now that Alex is in the know about the deadly vampires that live--and hunt--clustered around his boarding school, everything is different. This book is a great follow up to Vampire Rising
.I enjoyed that book and this book continues the adventure. Seeing that Alex now knows what he is up against, this book goes a bit deeper onto the adventure side of things. Like the first book, this book kept me on the edge of my feet and kept me asking what is going to ask next. There is an edge to the authors writing that intrigues me. I love how he intertwines so many concepts and makes the reader think about what they are reading as well as providing a fun, enjoyable adventure that all can appreciate!
