This was an amazing book that allows for you as a leader to get out of your head and and start taking actionable steps to making changes for the future that will impact the way you lead your own teams. The book brings together actionable steps that you can follow to amp up your leadership game and help you to create a work environment where your employees are happy and wanting to produce their best work!
