My Take on the Book
This is a powerful book that really dives deep on the topic of mentoring. The book really shines a light on some of the blind spots when it comes to being both a mentor and mentee. If you are a leader that looks to mentor others or a mentee, this is a great resource! What I loved about the book is that it is a hands-on book that walks you towards better mentoring. As someone that has mentored others this would have been a great guide to have at the time that I first started to mentor others. If you are looking to up your mentoring skills, this is a book that you need to read!
