My Take on the Book
Sometimes everyone feels like the main character in this book. There are times when we all feel overwhelmed. This book really allows you to think about dealing with stress in a new way. The book is a quick read but has a ton of great messages spread throughout the book. I loved that one of the take-homes was to ask for help to get the assistance that you need as there are so many people out there that are willing to assist!
