About the Book
Cleo and Evan have a secret. A collection of books so dangerous they are lockedup tight. And only they can find the keys to release the magic inside!

A FORTUNE LOST AT SEA!

When Cleo and Evan set sail on the Titanic, time is not on their side! The famous ocean liner is destined to hit an iceberg. If they can stop a thief from stealing a priceless jeweled book--and find their next key--they might avoid sinking with the ship in this historic disaster!

My Take on the Book
Eric Luper has written another Key Hunters story for the child reading on about a third grade level. The interest level ranges from second through fourth grade. The story is one of adventure for Cleo and Evan but the author has also set the story on the Titanic. The sequence of actual events leading to the sinking of the ship and passengers being placed in lifeboats is written well in details for the reader.

Cleo and Evan are on another magical journey through a book. they must find the book that the magic key is inserted into. Mr. Locke is again the villain in the story. Cleo and Evan are on a mission to defeat him. The book is called Rabaiyat.

The main characters show bravery and purpose in finding this book in order to return the present .
I believe this story is a good independent read but also a great story for an adult and child to share together.
