About the Book
From the team behind the best-selling Atlas of Adventures. Head off on a journey of discovery, with this book that collects together nature’s most unmissable events from between the two poles, including epic migrations, extraordinary behaviours, and Herculean habits. Find hundreds of things to spot and learn new facts about every animal.

My Take on the Book
Although this appears to be a book for children, as an adult I found it very interesting and learned some new facts about animals.

The table of contents lists the world areas for the content as Africa, Asia and the middle east, Australia and Oceania, North American, Central, and South America, and Antarctica.

The nonfiction book shows how animals survive in the wild. It explains simply and fully the migrations, behaviors, and habits of animals. The explanations are done through illustrations and text.

There are 30 different animals in this book. Some of the animals are fruit bats, peacock, polar bear, honey bee, giant panda, bowerbird, narwhal, iguana, and more. The book shows where the animals live and then gives the specific information next to the illustrations of the animal.

This is a great resource for a family to include in their resource library. It is also a nice book to keep out and pick up and read together. You will learn some new details about familiar and unfamiliar world animals.
