About the Author

My Take on the Book
I am adding this cookbook to my cooking library today. Barbara Seelig-Brown has done an excellent job taking the reader/chef step by step through the process of thinking healthy cooking starting with building your pantry, secrets of healthy cooking, freezing food, and basic information about food choices. 

The table of contents takes you through so many delicious choices. Yes there is pizza and pasta . You will be able to prepare some fabulous homemade vinaigrettes too. She shows the reader how to cut various fruits and vegetables which is helpful to the new cook.There are soups,omelets, sauces, meats, fish, and even recipes using Splenda.

So many delicious choices with accompanying color photographs.

Whether you just want to eat healthy and acquire some new recipes or you are a diabetic looking for some recipes to try, I think you will find this cookbook a great resource. Oh and she also includes the exchanges and nutrition information for each recipe. Check this cookbook out today.
