My Take on the Book
All of us have memories of comfort food, and when you read the name, these foods come rushing into your mind, or at least they do for me. This book has a little bit of everything in it, but best of all is that the recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients are not so exotic that you cannot find them anywhere,  That being said I have to say that I loved the variety in the book and have already started to try out the book myself with my family and thus far, the food is delicious and as mentioned, I had no problems following the well laid out recipes! I also love the images in the book. I find myself getting more and more hungry as I read through this and I by the end I had almost half of the book flagged with recipes that I wanted to try at home. When this happens for me it is a sign of a good cookbook!
