About the Book
Hey kids—here’s a Bible reference you’ll actually want to read! This Big Bible Guide combines the colorful Kids’ Bible Dictionary and Kids’ Bible Handbook into a single volume for 8–12-year-olds. The dictionary includes 1,000 interesting, age-appropriate, often fun definitions for Bible words and names, from Aaron, Abba, and Abomination to Zacchaeus, Zeal, and Zion. The handbook features a Genesis to Revelation tour of scripture, dividing the 66 books into memorable segments: “In the Beginning” (Genesis to Deuteronomy), “His Story and Their Story” (Joshua to Esther), and so on. Brightly illustrated with a kid-friendly design, this book is perfect for personal reading, Sunday school, and home schooling.

My Take on the Book
This was a book that had so much within it! You and your child will become so much more educated about not only the Bible itself but the people and places within it and so much more. Even though this book is geared toward children between the ages of 8-12, I found the book intriguing too and I know that you will also. The book is written in a way that all young readers can understand and with the colorful images and inlaid sections, you can go from section to section learning more and more as you go along. The book is also well laid out in sections so that you can go from one place to the next and learn different things depending on how you are feeling that day. All-in-all this was a great resource for all kids, but even more so, for the whole family!
