Book Review - Princess Addison Gets Angry
About the Book
When Princess Addison doesnt get what she wants, she becomes Princess Angry.
About the Author
Molly Martin has always envisioned herself as a princess. While she doesn't live in a castle or rule over a kingdom, she has made a magical life for herself in Minnesota. Molly enjoys writing on her front porch (which she pretends is a balcony) while sipping tea (okay, it's actually Diet Coke). When she needs extra inspiration, she pulls out her best tiara (which is actually a Minnesota Twins baseball cap) and magic wand (which is a fancy purple pen with a feather on it).
My Take on The Book
Anger is a feeling we all experience. Our children need ta way to express their anger without hurting themselves and hurting others. Molly Martin's story gives us a glimpse of one little girl's anger and how she learns to resolve it. Again, this book is a good introduction to a discussion with your little girl about anger and how to channel those feelings in a positive way.
